Hi, I’m Haley, a Stanford senior studying computer science, and I got here the long way around, starting out at community college in Southern California before transferring in 2024.
Alongside my classes, I serve as a Transfer Community Coordinator, supporting other transfer students as they find their footing on a campus that can feel very big at first. Along the way I have had the opportunity to work on the policy and data side of trust and safety at Patreon and on test automation and DevOps at SAS Institute, which has left me endlessly curious about how the products people use every day can be built to be both useful and safe.
When I’m not in class or building something, you’ll usually find me planning the next trip, wandering somewhere new with my camera roll filling up, or putting together the next video for my YouTube channel.
